After examining the matter, the Company will endeavor to send the customer its response within 4 weeks and intimate the customer how to escalate the complaint to higher level, if he is not satisfied with the response from lower level.
If the complaint/dispute is not redressed within a period of one month the customer may appeal to the Officer-in-Charge of the Regional Office of Department of Non-Banking Supervision of the Bank:
